Dr. Harrison (Skip) Weed

Skip has over 30 years of consulting and instructional experience in statistical, quality and Lean Six Sigma methods for industrial, university and U.S. government organizations. He has been at Dell for almost five years and is currently the program manager of the advanced Black Belt curriculum and the Dell Black Belt certification program. This includes developing new curriculum, overseeing the instructor certification, mentoring Black Belt and Master Black Belt candidates, assisting Dell’s Lean Six Sigma Business Champions, delivering training within the curriculum and providing application consulting on Lean Six Sigma projects. He has a Master Black Belt certification from Motorola, Inc. He has been using JMP® software since 1991 and SAS® for over 30 years.
