Carol Gretz
Director of Business Operations
Carol Gretz leads the Business Operations team at JMP Statistical Discovery, a subsidiary of SAS that provides interactive and highly visual statistical discovery software to scientists and engineers.
As Director, Gretz manages three distinct teams of operations professionals, each tasked with executing day-to-day activities essential to the running of the company. The Sales Processing team handles all activities related to software acquisition and management for customers, including the processing of new JMP contracts, upgrades, and renewals. JMP’s Global Operations team oversees operations for JMP offices around the world, while JMP’s Internal Operations team is responsible for all internal sales functions at the company.
Prior to joining JMP, Gretz worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at SAS, joining the company in 1995. Prior to that, she worked at Dayton Hudson Department Store Company in Minneapolis.
Carol holds a bachelor's degree from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
