“Wow, this is a Six Sigma Cheat Code!”

That exclamation was from a recent customer when we demonstrated how easy it was to push the whole DMAIC framework into their daily workflow processes – with NO CODING knowledge.

Register to receive your FREE Six Sigma E-guide and the complete Six Sigma Cheat code video series.

Session 1: Quality & Process

Six Sigma is a set of methodologies and tools used to improve business processes by reducing defects and errors, minimizing variation, and increasing quality and efficiency.

DMAIC is the problem-solving approach that drives (Lean +) Six Sigma. It's a five-phase method—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control—for improving existing process problems with unknown causes.

Whether you are new to Six Sigma or an experienced practitioner like Yellow-, Green-, (Master)Black-Belt, this on-demand video will provide valuable insights and practical tips to supercharge your process improvement efforts – all within a single tool.

Session 2: Identifying Important Process Contributors

If your Six Sigma project has design goals, you will need to narrow the process contributors to those important ones that can be used in your experiments.

This identification process greatly reduces the complexity of the experiments so you can achieve faster process improvement.

Stop spending resources interpreting data that are negligible to process optimization. Zoom into the important process contributors so you can identify qualities that matter in your projects.

Session 3: Niche Hypothesis t-Test

Hypothesis testing is a statistical technique employed to draw conclusions about a population by examining a sample of data. It helps Six Sigma teams ascertain whether there are distinct population parameters or if any differences observed are simply due to sample variability. Hypothesis testing aids in determining whether there is sufficient evidence to support or reject a hypothesis.

In the "Analysis" phase of a Six Sigma DMAIC project, the Hypothesis t-Test is commonly utilized. This test allows for the analysis of collected sample data and the testing of hypotheses pertaining to the influence of improvement strategies on process performance metrics.

Don’t be intimidated. Be empowered by data analysis using a tool that you can get comfortable with.
