Hypothesis testing aids in determining whether there is sufficient evidence to support or reject a hypothesis.
In the "Analysis" phase of a Six Sigma DMAIC project, the Hypothesis t-Test is commonly utilized. This test allows for the analysis of collected sample data and the testing of hypotheses pertaining to the influence of improvement strategies on process performance metrics.
