Follow these four steps to get started with JMP

Sign in to My JMP
Once you have read through these steps, click on the blue button below to sign in to My JMP. Use the email address you use to log in to your school's or university's portal.

Tell us about you and your studies
Identify your affiliation as a student, instructor, or academic researcher and provide the details related to JMP’s intended use, along with your location. Click Next .

Authenticate
Select your school or university from the list and provide your login credentials as usual. No personal data will be transmitted; we simply receive a notification that your login was successful.

Download, install, and authorize
Follow the onscreen instructions to download the installer file for Windows or Mac. Install and authorize JMP Student Edition.
*Students, instructors, and academic researchers must be currently enrolled at or employed by a degree-granting institution. Academic research is defined as noncommercial work that will be published in a journal, presented at an academic conference, or shared for the public good.
