Statistical Methods in Reliability
Degradation Analysis
Repeated measures degradation analysis is especially useful when you have a number of units that you follow over time to measure qualities of interest, perhaps at accelerated conditions. Degradation analysis often provides much more information than failure-time data because it offers the ability to provide reliability information even when one has few or no failures.
