About the Presenters


Scott Lee Wise,
Principal Systems and Statistical Engineer

Scott Lee Wise is a Principal Systems and Statistical Engineer for JMP Statistical Discovery, which creates interactive and highly visual statistical discovery software designed for scientists and engineers. In this role, Scott helps customers solve their process and design pain points so they can tell the story in their data using JMP.

Previously, Scott held roles in global technical enablement, education management and instruction, and data science at JMP. He’s also worked in quality, engineering, and business intelligence within the manufacturing, technology, and textile industries.

Scott has a bachelor’s in business from UNC-Chapel Hill and a master’s in quality engineering practices from SPSU. He also holds certifications in ASA Professional Statistician, ASQ Quality Engineering/Management, JMP and SAS software, Master Black Belt and PMI Project Management.
