Case Studies

This section includes 3 sample analyses of genomic data using JMP Pro. The first is an investigation of the effects of estradiol treatment on gene expression in rat hepatocytes. The second is an genome-wide association study (GWAS) of loblolly pine SNP genotypes with a number of agronomically-inportant traits.
