Manage Holiday and Event Data Set
This option enables you to add, edit, or delete country-specific holiday and events directly in this data set. for identification within the Weekdays and Holidays report.
Note: This report requires a previously generated Holiday and Event data set containing at least one entry. If you have not generated this data set, the Add Holiday or Event application opens automatically so that you can generate one. Refer to the To Add a Holiday or Event directions below.
To Edit the Holiday or Event Data Set
When you clicked on the Manage Holiday and Event Data Set... link on the settings page, the editable Holiday and Event data set opens, shown below:
To Add a Holiday or Event
The following window opens automatically if the Holiday and Event Data Set contains no entries.
8 | Enter a name for the event in the Holiday or Event Name text box. |
8 | Enter the start date and end date in the appropriate text boxes. Dates must be formatted as DDMMMYYYY where DD is the two-digit day, MMM is the three-letter abbreviation for the month, and YYYY is the four-digit year. |
8 | Select applicable countries and click to add the country to list of affected countries. Note: Available countries are taken from your defined study. |
8 | Click to add the event. |
Only one holiday or event can be specified at a time. However, additional holidays or events can be added to the data set by running the application again for each new event or by editing the data set directly.
