View Domain

Use the View Domain button to merge the domain data that is being used by JMP Clinical with the set of review flags derived from the update for the selected subjects (via dialog). You can easily subset to records that are new or modified.

The results, in this case for the LB domain, are viewed in the Domain Viewer tab in the output dashboard, as shown below:

An option for transposing the output data set so that results are divided into individual columns is available for the Findings domains (LB, EG, VS).

The output table was generated for the Nicardipine LB domain

Click Split Domain LB based on LBTest/LBTESTCD to split the output data.

A JMP appears (shown below).

Use the radio buttons to select the column to split the data by.

A data table (shown below) with the subjects as rows and individual tests as columns is generated.
