LSMeans Difference Set for Volcano Plots

Use this option to specify the set of LSMeans differences that you want to consider in your analysis.

Available options are described in the following table:

Option	Definition
All Treatment Differences	Choose this option to examine differences between all possible pairs of treatment levels. Caution: Choosing All Treatment Differences can generate numerous differences when there are many levels in your treatment variables.
Differences with a Control	Choose this option to take differences against a single reference level. Note: You must specify the reference control level in LSMeans Treatment Control Level.
