If this box is unchecked, disposition will display Status and Reason for Discontinuation.

If this box is checked, then Treatment Status, Study Status, Reason for Discontinuation from Treatment, and Reason for Discontinuation from Study will be displayed based on the values selected for Treatment Status Epoch Value and Study Status Epoch Value.
