Consider ALP as part of the DILI algorithm

This option enables you to consider alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels when determining whether a subject meets Hy's law standards.

Subjects are normally considered to meet the standards for Hy's Law when they show levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity that exceed 3x upper level of normal (ULN) and serum bilirubin (BILI) levels that exceed 2x ULN. However, if their level of ALP exceeds 2x ULN, these patients are not considered to be in Hy's Law, regardless of the levels of ALT, AST, or BILI.

When this box is checked, subjects with an ALP level greater than or equal to 2x ULN are excluded from Hy's Law status.
