Probability to Initiate Adaptive Adjustment

Specify the probability of meeting the deadline before initiating adaptive adjustment.

JMP Clinical calculates the probability of that the existing recruitment will meet the target by the Target Date. If the probability exceeds the threshold specified here, no new centers are added. Adaptive adjustment is performed only if the probability of meeting the deadline is less than this threshold value.

The default probability is set to is 0.85.
