Conditions Summary

Use this option to include an output Medical History ( MH ) report that lists summary statistics for the conditions each patient exhibits. This box is checked by default.

Note : This process requires the MH_CONDITIONS_SUMMARY.sas program file located in the StandardReports safety reports folder.

To Specify This Option:

Make sure that the Include medical history reports box is checked.

Check the Conditions Summary box.
