log Transformation of Lab Measurements

Use the drop-down menu to select the transformation to be applied to the baseline and experimental measurements.

Options are listed in the following table:

Summary Statistic	Definition
None	• Applies no transformation to the observed values.
Log2	• Calculates and reports the log 2 value for each of the observations.
Log10	• Calculates and reports the log 10 value for each of the observations.
