Include subject-level table of contents Check this box to include a subject-level table of contents in the beginning of the output file. To Specify This Option: Click within the check box. Important: After you run the report, follow the steps below to view the Table of Contents in Microsoft Word. To View the Table of Contents in Microsoft Word: Ensure that you are in Edit mode (not View mode) by clicking View > Edit Document. Click Refresh >F9< field within the document text. Press the F9 key, or right-click and select Update Field. The Table of Contents is generated momentarily.
