Truncation Date

Use this option to specify the start date for truncating early recruitment data.

The date must be entered using this format: DDMMMYYYY, where DD is the day (numeric), MMM is the three-letter abbreviation of the month, and YYYY is the year (numeric). For example, a target date of June 20, 2016 must be entered as 20JUN2016.

To Specify a Truncation Date:

Enter the date in the text box.

Alternatively, click Calendar to open the Calendar , showing the current date:

To select a different date, June 20, 2016 for example, click within the text box to open a calendar.

Select the target date using the calendar and then click OK in the Calendar to specify the date, as shown below;
