Overall Bubble accessed from the
Plot by Event panel displays disproportionality (lower limit or estimate based on
dialog option) and event frequency across all drugs reported for selected events from a
Tree Map. The
X axis displays disproportionality, and bubbles farther to the right indicate drug-event pairs that are more disproportional. The
Y axis includes all drugs for which the selected event occurs. Bubble
size is an indication of the event frequency and
color highlights any signals that might have occurred. A
dotted reference line highlights the limits from the
Statistical Measures tab of the
Findings Incidence Report input dialog (
1 for all measures, by default).
Accessed from the Plot by Drug panel, drug frequency across all events for selected drugs is shown instead.
