Probe ID
Use this field to specify the variable containing the probe ID.
The Probe ID is usually a unique identifier in the Annotation SAS Data Set. If an Affymetrix ProbeSetId is selected in this field, it is used to make the Web search link to Affymetrix.
To Specify a Variable Containing Probe ID:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.
The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Probe ID field.
