Probe Set or Gene ID

Select a variable containing either the probeset or gene identifier for merging with the Input GMT File of Gene Sets.

To Specify a Variable Containing Probeset or Gene ID:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set or Annotation SAS Data Set (depending on the tab).

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Highlight a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Probeset or Gene ID field.
