Variable Distinguishing Bivariate Observations

Specify the variable whose unique levels indicate the bivariate responses within unique combinations of the By Variables.

For example, in a copy number experiment, specify Allele, which has levels A and B for Affymetrix and Illumina.

Caution: Do not specify primary response variables here.

To Specify Variables Distinguishing Bivariate Observations:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a single variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Variable Distinguishing Bivariate Observations field.
