Use this field to specify the value of the trait variable1 that corresponds to affected state. For example, if the value 1 indicates “diseased” and 0 indicates “healthy”, type 1 in this field.
If left blank, the second value in the data set for the Trait variable is considered to be the affected value.
Trait variables are specified using either the Trait Variables or List-Style Specification of Trait Variables fields.
