Allele Variables

Use this field to specify the variables containing the alleles for the haplotypes.

To Specify the Allele Variables:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables that list the alleles for the haplotypes. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Allele Variables field, as shown below:
