Annotation Minor Allele Variable

The Annotation Major Allele Variable field is used to specify the annotation variable that lists the minor alleles for each marker. This variable must contain one of the bases: A, C, T, or G.

To Specify the Annotation Minor Allele Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable listing the minor alleles.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Annotation Minor Allele Variables field.
