Binary Trait Variables

Use this field to specify the binary traits variables to be tested.

Note: If you are testing for differential missing genotype proportions at the marker variables, all variables specified must have the same two nonmissing values; that is A and B, or 1 and 2, and so on.

To Specify One or More Binary Trait Variables:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight one or more binary variables. To highlight multiple variables at once, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking on them.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the Binary Trait Variables field, as shown below:
