Bootstrap Confidence Interval Alpha

Use this option to specify a value, between 0 and 1, for alpha. A confidence level of 100x(1-alpha) is used to form confidence intervals for estimates of allele frequencies and disequilibrium coefficients.

Note: This parameter is available only when a positive value greater than zero (0) has been specified for the number of Bootstrap Samples.

To Specify the Bootstrap Confidence Interval Alpha:

Make sure that a value greater than 0 has been entered in the Bootstrap Samples field.
