Conversion for F Statistics p-Values

Use this parameter to specify the conversion of the p-values of the F_ST statistic. This conversion is done in order to be able to easily identify peaks representing significant p-values.

Note: This option is available only when the Calculate p-values for F statistics box is checked.

Conversion options are listed in the table below:

Options:	Description:
NegLog	Plots the loge transformed p-values.
NegLog10	Plots the log10 transformed p-values.
(blank space)	Plots the untransformed p-values.

To Specify How the P-values Are to Be Converted:

Make sure that the Calculate p-values for F statistics box is checked.

Make a selection using the drop-down menu.
