Frequency Initialization

Use this option to specify the method used to initialize haplotype frequencies.

Available methods are listed in the table below:

Method:	Select when you want to:
LinkEq	Use the product of the allele frequencies.
Uniform	Use equal frequencies for all haplotypes.
Random	Use random values.
