Inbreeding Coefficient

Use this text box to specify the inbreeding coefficient f. Value can be positive or negative. A positive value indicates an excess of homozygotes, a negative value indicates an excess of heterozygotes.

Note: This parameter is disabled when the Marker locus is disease locus box is unchecked.

To Specify the Inbreeding Coefficient:

Make sure that the Marker locus is disease locus box is checked.

Type the inbreeding coefficient value in the text box.
