X-linked Markers Clause

This feature enables you to specify a clause for identifying X-linked markers (for using females only), based on values of variables in the Annotation SAS Data Set. Only these markers are used for calculating heterozygosity for the purpose of determining genetic sex.

To Identify the X-linked Markers:

Specify a valid SAS expression, such as Chromosome="X", as shown below:

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear.

Important: You still must specify the corresponding marker variables as Marker Variables.
