LOD Threshold [1,10]

Use this text box to specify the LOD score threshold for determining significant quantitative trait loci (QTLs). You can specify a value between 1 and 10; 2.5 is specified by default.

The value specified here is used to draw a horizontal reference line on LOD score plots.
