Variables to Be Standardized

Use this field to indicate the variables from the specified Input SAS Data Set that are to be standardized to have a genetic mean of zero and a genetic variance of one.

The values of the variables are replaced in the output data set. Any variables from the input data set that are not included here remain the same in the output data set.

To Specify the Variables to Be Standardized:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable that contains the marker names.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Variable to Be Standardized field, as shown below:
