Significance Level for Staying in the MIM Model

Use this text box to specify a p-value cutoff for retention of QTLs into the model.

This value is used solely in the elimination of main effects of QTL.

Note: This option is available only when ProbF has been selected as the Selection Criterion for QTL Main Effect Search and Drop and/or Selection Criterion for Two-way QTL Interaction Search and Drop.

Make sure that ProbF has been selected as the selection criterion.
