Chromosome Variable 2

Specify the variable indicating the chromosome at which the link ends. Its values must exactly match those in the Chromosome Color Theme.

To Specify a Chromosome Variable 2:

Specify a Links Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Chromosome Variable 2 field.
