Matrix File to Import

Use this feature to specify the text file listing the matrix coordinates of the original counts files along with the counts at each location on the matrix .

To Specify the Matrix File to Import:

Specify the Folder of Feature-Barcode Matrices.

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a single file from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected file to the Matrix File to Import field, as shown below:
