Percentage of Maximum Signal Below Which is Noise

Enter a number between 0 and 100, typically less than 10. The maximum value over all spectra multiplied by this percentage is used as the noise cutoff.

Note: If nothing is specified for all fields on this tab, then a default of 2 is used for this parameter.

To Specify a Percentage:

Type the value directly into the Percentage of Maximum Signal Below Which is Noise field.
