Use this feature to specify one or more association tests to be performed. The Trend test is selected by default.
Performs the Cochran-Armitage trend test using additive coding (0,1,2) for genotypes homozygous for the major allele, heterozygous, and homozygous for the minor allele, respectively. Takes the maximum absolute value of the Z-statistic for the trend, dominant, and recessive tests and simulates random normal variables the number of times specified in the Number of Simulations for MAX Test parameter (if available) to estimate the p-value for this statistic. Computes the Rao-Scott chi-square statistic for non-continuous traits using PROC SURVEYFREQ.Note: For the Rao-Scott tests, fixed effects and interactions effects are ignored.Refer to the SAS PROC SURVEYFREQ documentation for more information. Compute the Rao-Scott F statistic for non-continuous traits using PROC SURVEYFREQ.Note: For the Rao-Scott tests, fixed effects and interactions effects are ignored.Refer to the SAS PROC SURVEYFREQ documentation for more information.Note: You might not see all of the association tests described here, depending on the analytical process that you are using.
