Exon Annotation Chromosome Variable

Select a variable indicating the chromosome. When specified, this variable overrides the Chromosome Variable (if available) from the General tab. When this variable is specified along with a Position Variable, negative log10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.

To Specify an Exon Annotation Chromosome Variable:

Specify an Exon Annotation SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Exon Annotation Chromosome Variable field.
