Framework Marker Name Variable

Specify the Framework Map variable containing values that match to column names of the marker variables in the Input Genotype SAS Data Set. This variable must be specified so that the marker framework map can be correctly merged to the marker recombination matrix for forming linkage groups while honoring Framework Map groups.

To Specify a Framework Marker Name Variable:

Specify a Framework Map Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Framework Marker Name Variable field.
