Maximum Mean to Filter Genes

Use this option to specify the maximum mean value used to select variable genes.

Note: This option is available only when Dispersion is specified as the Variable Gene Selection Method.

To Specify the Maximum Mean Value:

Make sure that Dispersion is selected as the Variable Gene Selection Method.
