Use this option to select the number of variable genes needed to be kept for subsequent analysis.

Note: This option is available only when VST is specified as the Variable Gene Selection Method.

To Specify the Number of Variable Genes to Keep:

Make sure that VST is selected as the Variable Gene Selection Method.

Type the desired value in the text box.
