Run t-SNE and UMAP (Appropriate R Packages Required)

Check this option to run the R t-SNE and UMAP algorithms.

Note: You must have an appropriate version of R, along with the RtSNE and UMAP packages, installed on your machine.¹ R version 3.5.3 does not work with this release of JMP Genomics. R version 3.5.2 is recommended, although R version 3.5.4 or later may also be appropriate. You can use the R Package Manager to install the needed packages.
