Number of Epochs of UMAP

Use this option to specify the number of training epochs to be used in optimizing the low dimensional embedding.

Larger values result in more accurate embeddings. 200 epochs are specified by default.

To Specify the Number of Epochs:

Make sure that the Run t-SNE and UMAP (Appropriate R Packages Required) option is checked.

Type the desired value in the text box.
