Number of Neighbors of UMAP

Use this option to specify the size of local neighborhood (in terms of number of neighboring sample points) used for manifold approximation.

Larger values result in more global views of the manifold, while smaller values result in more local data being preserved. A value of 15 is specified by default.

To Specify the Number of UMAP Neighbors:

Make sure that the Run t-SNE and UMAP (Appropriate R Packages Required) option is checked.

Type the desired value in the text box.
