Model Summary and Ensemble
This process is used to summarize the cross-validation results from the Predictive Modeling Review process. It helps to compare multiple predictive models for more than one outcome. It also enables users to select the best models and ensemble their outputs through averaging the predicted values.
What do I need?
This process uses cross-validation files, with multiple continuous outcomes and multiple models fitted, generated using the Predictive Modeling Review as input. At least one file must be specified.
Options

Select Cross-Validation Files: Click Choose to open an explorer window. Navigate to the folder containing the cross-validation files and click Select Folder. Click Reset to clear the selection.

Show Available Files: Click Show Available Files to display all of the cross-validation files in the specified folder. Highlight one or more files to summarize.

Run Summary: Click Run Summary to summarize the selected cross-validation results.

Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel the analysis.
Output/Results
The output generated by this process is summarized in a Tabbed report. Refer to the Model Summary and Ensemble output documentation for detailed descriptions and guides to interpreting your results.
