Cell Plot

The Cell Plot tab is shown below:

•	One cell plot.

The cell plot gives a visual representation of the marker genotype, with each genotype assigned a different color as shown in the Legend above the plot.

When the Transpose data for cell plot check box has been checked, the markers are represented in rows and individuals in columns, this is reversed when the check box has not been checked. In the example shown above, the check box was not checked.

This plot provides a convenient way to view genotypes across individuals and markers at a glance. It is not recommended for large numbers of markers, however.
