GxE LSMeans

The GxE LSMeans tab is shown below:

The GxE LSMeans tab contains the following elements:

•	One Overlay Plot plot.

This plot shows the estimated LS mean of the trait variable for each environment on the y-axis with the genotypes represented along the x-axis. Each environment is assigned a unique color.

A line corresponding to an environment can be highlighted by selecting the environment in the legend to the right of the plot. This gives you an easy way to identify what genotype performs the best in each environment with respect to the trait.
