The Haplotype Frequency Charts tab contains the following elements:
When the Create haplotype frequency charts check box has been checked, this tab displays a chart for each pair of markers that have been tested for LD with the estimated frequency of each possible two- locus haplotype.
In the example shown here, one chart is displayed for each marker pair. If any BY variables were selected, a separate chart is displayed for each BY group for each marker pair.
