LD Decay

The LD Decay tab is shown below:

The LD Decay tab contains the following elements:

•	One or more LD Decay Plots.

This scatterplot shows the relationship between CorrCoeff2 or Dprime on the y-axis and the distance between marker pairs on the x-axis in order to understand the pattern of LD in the various annotation groups.

A legend is displayed to the right of the plot showing the color that corresponds to each annotation group. The points in the legend can be selected to highlight the points from a particular annotation group.

Note: If any BY variables were specified, a separate plot is displayed for each BY group.
